About the flare, who should have it and why this person had probably got it by Rita? And how it will affect this game/round.I have a feeling Scout got I'm not sure do I 'm not sure How it would affect this round I dont even know what's the power of that thing lol

Pretty good, I don't have anything bad to say.

I think she gave it to Scout too, I don't know how it will change anything.

People will be afraid to provoque any tie, Right now anyone could have the flare
