Rule: If you GIVE it to someone, you have to say it on the tribal council's chat's thread. After the votes are read, you CANNOT give it.
It can be used at any tribal council except the final 3's one. (Because it's impossible to get a tie there)
You don't have to say that you use it, if the tthread is in your
confessional, it will be automaticly used if you are tied ! So if you don't want
to use... you have to give it! But who told you that he will give
you back!
*If the flare is used, the thread will disappear*
*If the flare is given, the thread will be transfered on the new
owner's confessional!*
